The present invention relates to a control method for synthesizing images of a higher quality through energy separation using a CZT detector in a digital tomosynthesis system. Specifically, the present invention relates to a control method of a digital tomosynthesis system, which includes an X-ray source for generating and radiating X-rays toward a target object, a detector for detecting X-rays passing through the target object, and an image processing unit for reconfiguring a tomography image on the basis of a signal detected by the detector. The method includes a step of detecting, by the detector, an energy band of the detected X-rays by dividing the energy band into at least two regions a step of reconfiguring, by the image processing unit, a first tomography image on the basis of a first X-ray signal (IH) corresponding to a first region among the two divided regions and a step of reconfiguring, by the image processing unit, a second tomography image on the basis of a second X-ray signal (IL) corresponding to a second region among the two divided regions. According to at least one of embodiments of the present invention, since only a specific material can be extracted and rendered as an image by separating the material using a difference in attenuation between materials, there is an advantage of enhancing efficiency of a digital tomosynthesis apparatus in that various kinds of information can be obtained from one piece of information.본 발명은, 디지털 단층영상합성 시스템 상에서, CZT 검출기를 활용한 에너지 분리를 통하여 보다 높은 화질의 영상을 합성하는 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은, 엑스선을 발생시켜 대상체를 향하여 조사하는 엑스선 소스, 상기 대상체를 통과한 엑스선을 검출하는 검출기, 및 상기 검출기에 의해 검출된 신호를 기초로 단층영상을 재구성하는 영상 처리부를 포함하는 디지털 단층영상합성 시스템의 제어 방법에 있어서, 상기 검출기가 상기 검출하는 엑스선의 에너지 대역을 적어도 두 개의 영역으로 구분하여 검출하는 단계, 상기 영상 처리부가 상기 구분된 두 개의 영역 중 제 1 영역에 해당하는 제 1 엑스선 신호(IH)에 기초하여 제 1 단층 영상을 재구성하는 단계, 및 상기 영상 처리부가 상기 구분된 두 개의 영역 중 제 2 영역에 해당하는 제 2 엑스선 신호(IL)에 기초하여 제 2 단층 영상을 재구성하는 단계를 포함하는, 디지털 단층영상합성 시스템의 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
