PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of making steaming efficient in the structure of a steaming device so as to save energy.SOLUTION: A multistage-type steaming device is provided with: a tunnel-like noodle introduction part 1 extending from a steam storage body part 2 where steam is actually supplied to a noodle ribbon group to the oblique lower direction; and a tunnel-like noodle discharge part 3 extending from the steam storage body part 2 to the oblique lower direction in the same manner. The positions in the vertical direction of the inlet end of the noodle introduction part 1 and the outlet end of the noodle discharge part 3 are configured so as to be positions lower than the lower end in the vertical direction of the steam storage body part 2.
