PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fat for a cooking set capable of reducing a trouble in cooking using fat, the trouble of disposal of the fat used in the cooking.SOLUTION: Fat for a cooking set is fat having a rising melting point of entire fat adjusted by blending a specific amount of fat having a specific rising melting point, includes 5-20 wt.% high melting point fat having a rising melting point of 50°C or higher, and has a rising melting point of 40°C or higher. A cooking set has solid fat for a cooking set charged inside a vessel made of aluminum.
