A cardiovascular pulse measurement apparatus is provided, including a signal unit, a filter/amplifier unit, and a pulse signal detection/computation unit. The signal unit at least includes an RF generator and a transceiver. The RF generator issues a nano-second electrical pulse to a cardiovascular, and the transceiver receives a reflected signal from the cardiovascular. The reflected signal passes the filter/amplifier unit and generates an active pulse signal.
