PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying insect pest repelling perfume composition containing a specific perfume ingredient as a flying insect pest repellent ingredient without using an insecticidal ingredient substantially, allowing the flying insect pest repellent ingredient to show excellent flying insect pest repelling effect over a prescribed period, and capable of maintaining an initial perfume tone when using an aromatic flying insect pest repellent ingredient and to provide a flying insect pest repelling product using the same.SOLUTION: A flying insect pest repelling perfume composition includes as flying insect pest repellent ingredients, (a) one or two or more kinds of perfume ingredients selected from among acetic ester compounds represented by general formula (I): CH3-COO-R (I) (in the formula, R represents a 6-12C alcohol residue), and (b) one or two or more kinds of perfume ingredients selected from monoterpene alcohols or 10C aromatic alcohols, wherein one or two or more kinds of glycols whose vapor pressure at 20°C is 0.2-20 Pa and/or glycol ethers are further combined therewith as repelling effect maintaining ingredients after vaporization of the flying insect pest repelling ingredients.
