PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray type flying insect pest repellent showing excellent flying insect pest repelling effect by a flying insect pest repellent ingredient after being sprayed for several hours, and maintaining an initial perfume tone when using an aromatic flying insect pest repellent ingredient, concerning a spray type flying insect pest repellent containing a perfume ingredient as the flying insect pest repellent ingredient without using substantially an insecticidal ingredient.SOLUTION: In this spray type flying insect pest repellent containing a perfume ingredient as a flying insect pest repellent ingredient, one or two or more kinds of glycol and/or glycol ether whose vapor pressure at 20°C is 0.2-20 Pa are blended as a post-spray repelling effect-sustaining ingredient of the flying insect pest repellent ingredient. As the flying insect pest repellent ingredient, a mixture is preferable, which comprises (a) a perfume ingredient selected from among acetic ester compounds represented by general formula (I): CH3-COO-R (I) (in the formula, R represents a 6-12C alcohol residue), and (b) a perfume ingredient selected from monoterpene alcohols or 10C aromatic alcohols.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】実質的に殺虫成分を使用せず、香料成分を飛翔害虫忌避成分として含有するスプレー式飛翔害虫忌避剤において、前記飛翔害虫忌避成分が噴霧後数時間にわたり優れた飛翔害虫忌避効果を奏すると共に、芳香性の飛翔害虫忌避成分を用いた場合には初期の香調を持続し得るスプレー式飛翔害虫忌避剤の提供。【課題の解決手段】香料成分を飛翔害虫忌避成分として含有するスプレー式飛翔害虫忌避剤において、前記飛翔害虫忌避成分の噴霧後の忌避効果持続成分として、20℃における蒸気圧が0.2~20Paのグリコール及び/又はグリコールエーテルの1種又は2種以上を配合するスプレー式飛翔害虫忌避剤。前記飛翔害虫忌避成分としては、(a)一般式(I)CH3-COO-R (I)(式中、Rは炭素数が6~12のアルコール残基を示す。)で表される酢酸エステル化合物から選ばれる香料成分と、(b)モノテルペン系アルコールもしくは炭素数が10の芳香族アルコールから選ばれる香料成分の混合物が好ましい。【選択図】なし
