PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical drug which is useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as cancer and inflammation, in mammals, and inflammatory conditions.SOLUTION: A compound represented by formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and prodrug thereof are disclosed (wherein R, R, R, R, R, R, R, Rand Rare as defined in the specification). Such compound is an MEK inhibitor and useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as cancer and inflammation, in mammals, and inflammatory conditions. Moreover, a method of using such compound in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases in mammals and pharmaceutical compositions containing such compound are disclosed.【課題】哺乳類において癌や炎症などの過剰増殖性疾患、及び炎症性病態の治療に有用である医薬の提供。【解決手段】式（Ｉ）の化合物、並びに薬剤として許容できるその塩及びプロドラッグ（式中、Ｒ１、Ｒ２、Ｒ７、Ｒ８、Ｒ９、Ｒ１０、Ｒ２０、Ｒ２１、及びＲ２２は、本明細書に定義する通りである）が開示されている。このような化合物は、ＭＥＫ阻害剤であり、哺乳類において癌や炎症などの過剰増殖性疾患、及び炎症性病態の治療に有用である。哺乳類において過剰増殖性疾患の治療でのこのような化合物の使用方法、及びこのような化合物を含有する薬剤組成物も開示されている。【選択図】なし
