This invention relates to beauty products for exfoliation. Previously, exfoliation and body cream application was inefficient. Embodiments of the present invention use an exfoliation and body cream application mitt (10) that is configured to apply a thickened liquid to a human user. The exfoliation and body cream application mitt has a back side (12) and a front side (14) joined to one another forming a pocket therebetween. The front side is adapted to accomplish exfoliation and the back side is adapted to accomplish lotion application. A soft fabric is arranged within the back side and is configured to gently spread body creams, foams and lotions to a skin surface.
