PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure blood components in an organism noninvasively and precisely without being influenced by a shape or movement of a measured object.SOLUTION: A probe mechanism 44 of a blood component measuring device 10 has: an end surface 34a of a light projecting part and an end surface 36a of a light receiving part which are provided at opposite positions on the same optical axial and between which a finger to be measured is insertable a guide hole 90 for guiding the end surface 34a and the end surface 36a along the optical axis together with a rod 76 a flange body 78 provided on each of peripheries of the end surface 34a and end surface 36a an annular groove 94 for making the flange bodies 78 stick to the finger by negative pressure and a computer 20 for measuring blood components on the basis of a signal obtained from a photodetector 38 via the end surface 36a.
