PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure blood components in an organism noninvasively and precisely without being influenced by a shape or movement of a measured object.SOLUTION: A measurement mechanism 44 of a blood component measuring device 10 has: an end surface 34a of a light projecting part and an end surface 36a of a light receiving part which are provided on the same optical axis at positions where the light projecting part and the light receiving part are opposite to each other, and between which a finger can be inserted a guide hole 90 for guiding an end surface of a probe 42 along an optical axis an annular groove 94 for making a flange body 78 stick to the finger by negative pressure and cuffs 72a and 72b having insides connected with the end surface 34a and the end surface 36a, which makes the end surface 34a and the end surface 36a abut on the finger by air pressure, and pressurizes the finger. A control part obtains highest blood pressure and lowest blood pressure by pressuring and decompressing the cuffs 72a and 72b, re-pressurizes the cuffs 72a and 72b so as to reach a measurement reference pressure Pb on the basis of a change of pulse wave, and measures blood components on the basis of a signal obtained from a photodetector 38.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】非侵襲で、計測対象の形状や動きに影響を受けずに生体における血液成分を正確に計測する。【解決手段】血液成分測定装置10の計測機構44は、投光部と受光部が対向する位置で同一光軸上に設けられ、間に指を挿入可能な投光部の先端面34a及び受光部の先端面36aと、プローブ42の先端面36aを光軸に沿って案内するガイド孔90と、負圧によりフランジ体78を指に吸着させる環状溝94と、内側に先端面34a及び先端面36aが接続され、空気の加圧により該先端面34a及び該先端面36aを指に当接させ、且つ指を加圧するカフ72a及び72bとを有する。制御部は、カフ72a及び72bを加減圧して最高血圧及び最低血圧を求め、さらに脈波の変化に基づき、計測基準圧力Pbとなるようにカフ72a及び72bを再加圧させ、受光素子38から得られる信号に基づいて血液成分を計測する。【選択図】図10
