U-shaped beams with rods are located along the longitudinal beams of the composite frame at the same distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the comb-forming roller. The rods at one end are pivotally mounted on the longitudinal beams of the composite frame, the other in the guide bushings, with the possibility of vertical movement of the rods in the guide bushings. In the lower parts of the rods, under the springs, nuts are installed with the possibility of their movement along the rods, and the installation location of the rods on the longitudinal beams coincides with the continuation of the geometric axis of rotation of the press drum.
