PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicide applicator capable of safely and readily applying a herbicide to only weeds of rhizocarp or the like such as Miscanthus sinensis, Imperata cylindrica and Pseudosasa purpurascens grown in hedge, etc.SOLUTION: In the herbicide-coating device, a first supporting lever 11 and a second supporting lever 12 are supported by a shaft 13 and the first supporting lever 11 and the second supporting lever 12 are swingably constituted in prescribed ranges and coating rollers 21 and 22 are rotatably supported on each top of the first supporting lever 11 and the second supporting lever 12 and a herbicide is fed from a chemical liquid tank 7 onto the coating rollers 21 and 22 by a reciprocating pump 5 which is a chemical liquid-feeding means and the weeds are pinched by the coating rollers 21 and 22 and these coating rollers 21 and 22 are pulled up.
