PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasty medicine injection implement in which a load on medicine preparation is small, in which a pasty medicine does not adhere to a hand or the like in time of the medicine preparation and medicine injection, and in which manual technique can be stably and economically performed.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 1, a pasty medicine injection implement 1 has: a cylindrical body part 4 including a tip opening part 2 and a rear end opening part 3, for storing a pasty medicine S thereinside and a plunger 5 disposed slidably inside the cylindrical body part 4 in the long direction. The cylindrical body part 4 includes a mounting part 7 for mounting a pasty medicine-containing tube T to a rear part side wall part 6.
