摘要：: The present invention is directed to a reconstituted surfactant comprising a lipid carrier, a polypeptide analogue of the native surfactant protein SP-C, and a polypeptide analogue of the native surfactant protein SP-B.The invention is also directed to the pharmaceutical compositions thereof and to its use for the treatment or prophylaxis of RDS and other respiratory disorders.本發明係針對一種重組表面張力素(surfactant)，包含脂質載劑、天然表面張力素蛋白質SP－C之多肽類似物、及天然表面張力素蛋白質SP－B之多肽類似物。本發明亦係針對其醫藥組成物及其用於治療或預防呼吸窘迫症候群(RDS)及其它呼吸道病症之用途。
