Disclosed herein is an apparatus for farming oysters and, in particular, intertidal oysters. The apparatus comprises a float, at least one oyster container configured to hold oysters and be carryable on the float, and a driver operable to periodically move each of the at least one oyster container between an underwater position and an above water position.
