PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seasoning liquid for fried rice containing liquid gelatin and to provide a method for producing the seasoning liquid.

SOLUTION: The seasoning liquid for fried rice contains salt, ethanol, gelatine, an emulsifying agent and oil and fat. The method for producing the seasoning liquid comprises dissolving gelatin in salt-containing aqueous solution while heating and stirring the solution, cooling the mixture followed by adding ethanol, and further stirring the mixture to dissolve the gelated gelatine. The seasoning liquid for fried rice is easy to be mixed with rice grains, so that the fried rice can be easily obtained.
