PURPOSE: A surgical apparatus for anal surgery is provided to open, close, and rotate a scope tube opening by converting a rotational direction of a manipulation part. CONSTITUTION: A surgical apparatus for anal surgery passes through a main body part(100). An external scope tube part(200) is combined with the main body part. The external scope tube part is inserted into the anus of a patient in order to form a guide passage of a surgical instrument. An inner scope tube part(300) is provided to be ratable inside the external scope tube part. The inner scope tube part opens and closes a scope tube opening(210). A rotating part relatively rotates the inner scope tube part to the external scope tube part in order to open and close the scope tube opening. The inner scope tube part performs relative rotation by being rotated in one direction. The inner scope tube part performs integrated rotation by being rotated in the other direction.본 발명에 따른 경항문 수술 장치는 경항문 수술을 위한 수술 도구가 통과하는 본체부, 상기 본체부와 결합되고, 일측에 경통개구부가 형성되며, 환자의 항문에 삽입되어 상기 수술 도구의 가이드 통로를 형성하는 외경통부, 상기 외경통부의 내측에 회전 가능하게 구비되어 상기 경통개구부를 개폐하는 내경통부 및 상기 내경통부가 상기 외경통부에 대해 상대 회전하여 상기 경통개구부를 개폐할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 내경통부와 상기 외경통부가 일체 회전하여 상기 경통개구부의 원주 상 위치를 변경할 수 있도록 하는 회전부를 포함하고, 경통의 삽입 및 회전 시에 환자의 신체 조직을 보호할 수 있으며, 시술자가 조작부의 회전 방향을 전환하는 것만으로 경통개구부의 개폐 및 회전을 가능하게 하여 수술 장치 조작을 용이하게 하는 효과가 있다.
