The present invention relates to a sustained-release microparticles for treating lung diseases including a biocompatible/biodegradable polymer, a pH sensitive poly(Lys-DEAP) polymer and a thiotropium drug, and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, a biocompatible/biodegradable polymer (poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)), a pH sensitive poly(Lys-DEAP) polymer and a thiotropium drug as a bronchodilator are used to obtain poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)-based microparticles containing a pH sensitive polymer. In addition, the poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)-based microparticles containing a pH sensitive polymer according to the present invention effectively release the drug under an alveolar respiratory acidosis environment, and thus can be applied effectively to treatment of chronic lung diseases related with respiratory acidosis.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 생체적합성/생분해성 고분자, pH 민감성 poly(Lys-DEAP) 고분자, 및 티오트로피움 약물을 포함하는 폐 질환 치료용 서방형 미세입자와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 생체적합성/생분해성 고분자(폴리락트산-글리콜산 공중합체)와 pH 민감성 poly(Lys-DEAP) 고분자, 및 기관지 확장제인 티오트로피움 약물을 이용하여 pH 민감성 고분자를 함유한 폴리락트산-글리콜산 공중합체 기반 미세입자를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 pH 민감성 고분자를 함유한 폴리락트산-글리콜산 공중합체 기반 미세입자는 폐포 호흡 산증 환경에서 효과적으로 약물을 방출하여 호흡 산증과 관련된 만성 폐 질환 치료에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.
