To prevent the intrusion of dust from the side of a handpiece for medical treatment into a bearing supporting the rotor of a motor for medical treatment and motor components by blocking the space in an axial direction around a rotary shaft between the handpiece for medical treatment and the motor for medical treatment.
SOLUTION: The motor 100 for medical treatment comprises a motor sheath 10 having the bearing 15 for supporting the rotary shaft 11 at the end and a junction 20 connected to the motor sheath 10, the handpiece 200 for medical treatment is mounted ON the junction so as to be freely inserted and removed and the rotation of the rotary shaft 11 is transmitted to a treatment tool inside the handpiece 200 for medical treatment. A sealing ring 50 is provided in the connection part of the motor sheath 10 and the junction 20, and the sealing ring 50 seals the connection part, also blocks the space in the axial direction around the rotary shaft and prevents the dust from the side of the handpiece 200 for medical treatment from intruding the bearing 15 and the motor components.
