The compound, a saltthereof, asolvate thereof or a prodrug thereof is effective for prevention, treatmentand/or symptomimprovement of a dysuria (e.g., slow stream, splitting or spraying of theurine stream,intermittent stream, hesitancy, straining to void or terminal dribble).
