The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-viscosity cleansing cosmetic which has excellent stability under a low temperature or high temperature condition even in the form of a nonaqueous cosmetic containing only a trace amount of water or not containing water, and which also has excellent usability such as wash-off properties.
