The present invention relates to a quantitative method of drug control release, which is characterized by using a contrast-enhanced ultrasound to measure peripheral vascular signal intensity in order to quantify the drug control release of a target area. The method of the present invention can be used in the following applications: quantification of targeted drug control release via triggering the micro-bubble destruction, quantification of the total unreleased long-acting drugs in the target object, as well as to assist in the development of therapeutic timetable of ultrasound on opening the blood-brain barrier. The method comprises: (a) providing an ultrasonic means for generating ultrasound of a specific mechanical factor (b) injecting ultrasound contrast agents of a specific dose into an object to be measured (c) using the contrast-enhanced ultrasound to monitor the ultrasonic signal intensity of the peripheral vascular of the object to be measured (d) calculating the real-time micro-bubble systemic concentration according to the intensity variation of the ultrasonic signal and (e) calculating the drug control release of the target area according to the micro-bubble systemic concentration.本發明係關於定量藥物制放量之方法,其特徵在於利用一造影劑增強超音波測量周邊血管之訊號強度,以定量一目標區之藥物制放量。本發明之方法可用於定量超音波觸發氣泡破裂之靶向藥物制放、定量長效型藥物於目標物體內之未釋放總量,以及用於協助制定超音波開啟血腦屏障之治療時間表等應用。1...超音波定量系統100...注射裝置200...超音波裝置300...訊號處理裝置
