The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating soybean sprouts and, more particularly to an apparatus for cultivating soybean sprouts, which prevents the roots from being damaged due to the movement of the soybeans when reversing the cultivating vessel in order for the roots to grow reversely. The apparatus for cultivating soybean sprouts may include: a cultivating vessel whose upper and lower side are open； a cover which has multiple holes for water and is selectively combined to the open ends of the cultivating vessel； and a fall prevention plate which prevents the soybeans from moving during the reversing process, supports the soybeans when the cultivating vessel is reversed, and prevents the soybeans from falling down with a fall prevention means.
