The invention describes a process for obtaining restorative material formed of mixed calcium phosphate and silver phosphate particles dispersed in a resin matrix, which may or may not have reinforcing particles, comprising the following steps: 1. The restorative material obtained allows the preparation of dental compositions for treatment and prevention of the emergence of caries lesions around dental restorations of composite resin, combining remineralizing and antimicrobial actions in the same inorganic phase.resumo processo de obtenção de material restaurador, material restaurador obtido e seu uso. a invenção descreve um processo de obtenção de material restaurador formado por partículas mistas de fosfato de cálcio e fosfato de prata dispersas em uma matriz resinosa, podendo apresentar partículas de reforço ou não, que compreende as seguintes etapas: 1. síntese das partículas mistas de fosfato de cálcio e fosfato de prata； 2. preparação da matriz resinosa e 3. incorporação das partículas à matriz resinosa. o material restaurador obtido permite o preparo de composições odontológicas para tratamento e prevenção do surgimento de lesões de cárie ao redor de restaurações dentárias de resina composta, combinando em uma mesma fase inorgânica as ações remineralizante e antimicrobiana.
