The cell preparation of claim 1, wherein the mesodermal stem cell is an adipose stem cell. A cell preparation according to claim 1, comprising from 1 to 10 mesodermal stem cells per fat cell. A cell preparation according to claim 1, wherein the adipose cell is a cell that has been subjected to gamma radiation. The cell preparation according to claim 1, wherein the disease of the interosseous joints is a disease of any kind selected from the group consisting of diseases of the spine, diseases of the joints, autoimmune disease and osteonecrosis. The use of a cellular preparation, including a fat cell, for the manufacture of a therapeutic agent for an interosseous joint disease. 8. A cell preparation for use in the treatment of an interosseous joint disease, including an adipose cell. 9. A method for reducing pain in an interosseous joint, comprising the step of introducing a cellular preparation including an adipose cell into the interosseous joint of a patient having a disease of the interosseous joint. 10. A method for regenerating an interosseous joint, comprising the step of introducing a cell preparation comprising a fat cell and a mesoderm stem cell into the interosseous joint of a patient having a disease of the interosseous joint. 11. A muscle-building cell preparation that includes a fat cell and a mesodermal stem cell. 12. A cell preparation according to claim 11, wherein the mesodermal stem cell is an adipose stem cell. TO1.
