PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral administration preparation capable of safely improving the absorbability of diphenhydramine or its acid addition salt which is a medicine having an action to a histamine receptor and an action to the central nervous system.SOLUTION: The quickly absorbable oral administration preparation is characterized by compounding diphenhydramine or its acid addition salt with an antacid (e.g. aminoacetic acid, magnesium silicate, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate and magnesium carbonate).
