The present invention relates to a method and a system for analyzing an electroencephalogram (EEG) which reflects subject′s fatigue. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: measuring an EEG of a subject while performing an experiment according to a predetermined experiment protocol； extracting a plurality of EEG epoch data from the measured EEG data； dividing the extracted EEG epoch data into a plurality of groups, and obtaining an average value of the EEG epoch data for each of the plurality of groups； and analyzing fatigue of the subject by comparing the average values obtained for each of the plurality of groups. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily grasp the effect of accumulated fatigue on EEG measurement data over time in an experiment for grasping a subject′s motion intention.본 발명은 피험자 피로도를 반영한 뇌파 분석 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방법은 미리 정해진 실험 프로토콜(Protocol)에 따른 실험을 수행하는 동안 피험자의 뇌파(EEG；Electroencephalogram)를 측정하는 단계, 측정된 뇌파 데이터로부터 복수 개의 뇌파 에포크(epoch) 데이터를 추출하는 단계, 추출된 복수 개의 뇌파 에포크 데이터를 복수 개의 그룹으로 나누고, 복수 개의 그룹별로 뇌파 에포크 데이터 평균값을 구하는 단계, 그리고 복수 개의 그룹별로 구해진 평균값을 비교하여 피험자의 피로도를 분석하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 피험자의 움직임 의도를 파악하기 위한 실험에서 시간이 지날수록 누적되는 피로도가 뇌파 측정 데이터에 미치는 영향을 용이하게 파악할 수 있다.
