According to the present invention, one or more member is selected among bentonite and silica gel, which absorb water and act as mediums for heat, and silica tourmaline and silica silver nanoparticles, which emit anionic far-infrared rays and have antimicrobial, disinfectant and deodorizing effects. The selected member(s) is then mixed and packaged with non-woven fabric to form a bio-functional absorbent cooling pack.
