The present invention relates to a medical skin suturing device which can be sutured without sewing the wound of the incision skin. The medical skin suturing device comprises: a first adhesive sheet and a second adhesive sheet respectively bonded to both skins based on a suturing unit； a first towing member which has one end fixed to the first adhesive sheet and the other end extending beyond an upper portion of the second adhesive sheet； a second towing member having one end fixed to the second adhesive sheet and the other end extending beyond the upper portion of the first adhesive sheet； a first handle spaced apart from one side of the second adhesive sheet and fixing the other end of the first towing member； and a second handle spaced apart from one side of the first adhesive sheet and fixing the other end of the second towing member.본 발명은 절개된 피부의 상처 부위를 꿰매지 않고 봉합할 수 있는 의료용 피부 봉합기에 관한 것으로, 봉합부를 기준으로 양쪽의 피부에 각각 접착되는 제1 접착시트와 제2 접착시트； 제1 접착시트에 일단이 고정되고 타단이 제2 접착시트의 상부를 지나서 연장되는 제1 견인부재； 제2 접착시트에 일단이 고정되고 타단이 제1 접착시트의 상부를 지나서 연장되는 제2 견인부재； 제2 접착시트의 일측에 이격하며 제1 견인부재의 타단이 고정되는 제1 손잡이； 및 제1 접착시트의 일측에 이격하며 제2 견인부재의 타단이 고정되는 제2 손잡이를 포함한다.
