PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is excellent in storage stability and contains extract of Fallopia sachalinensis male flowers which shows no temporal deterioration.SOLUTION: The invention provides an aqueous solution containing an aqueous extract of Fallopia sachalinensis male flowers and a skin cosmetic containing the same. The aqueous solution and the skin cosmetic containing the same of the invention has effects on giving moisture, suppleness, and luster to the skin, and the like when applying to the skin, such as the hand, leg, and face, as well as can be used as low-irritation cosmetics which hardly irritate the sensitive skin. The aqueous solution containing the aqueous extract of Fallopia sachalinensis male flowers of the invention causes no contamination even if standing at room temperature for a long period of time, and also produces no precipitates, such as a sediment, and can be used as a skin cosmetic which is excellent in storage stability.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、経時的な変質が見られない、オオイタドリ雄花の抽出液を含む保存安定性に優れた化粧料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 本発明は、オオイタドリ雄花の水性抽出物を含む水溶液及びこれを含む皮膚化粧料を提供する。本発明の水溶液及びこれを含む皮膚化粧料は、手、肢又は顔などの皮膚に適用されたときに皮膚に潤い、ハリ、ツヤを与えるなどの効果を有する他、敏感肌に対しても殆ど刺激を与えない等の、低刺激性の皮膚化粧料として利用することができる。さらに本発明のオオイタドリ雄花の水性抽出物を含む水溶液は、室温に長期間放置しても雑菌汚染は生じず、また澱などの沈殿物も発生せず、保存安定性に優れた皮膚化粧料として利用することができる。【選択図】なし
