PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination with an auxiliary component in which availability of an all-in-one cosmetic comprising an extract of a male flower of Reynoutria sachalinense and/or effectiveness of the extract of a male flower of Reynoutria sachalinense is enhanced, and additive effectiveness is provided, and use thereof.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic comprises an aqueous extract of a male flower of Reynoutria sachalinense, and an aqueous extract of seaweed of kelp. The skin cosmetic provides flexibility, firmness and stiffness to hair, and simultaneously exhibits a plurality of preferable effects such as effect for growing hair thicker and longer and effect for suppressing the generation of dandruff and itchiness. When applied to skin such as a hand, a leg and a face, the skin cosmetic simultaneously exhibits a plurality of preferable effects such as effect for enhancing smoothness of the skin and exhibiting moisturizing effect, and effect for reducing pain due to hangnail and cracked skin.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、オオイタドリ雄花の抽出物を含むオールインワンの化粧料のさらなる有用性、及び/又はオオイタドリ雄花抽出物の有効性をさらに高めたり、付加的な有効性を与えたりすることのできる補助成分との組み合わせとその利用を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、オオイタドリ雄花の水性抽出物及び昆布目海藻類の水性抽出物を含む皮膚化粧料を提供する。本発明の皮膚化粧料は、毛髪にしなやかさとハリとコシを与えるだけでなく、髪をより太く長く成長させる効果、フケの発生やかゆみを抑える効果などの複数の好ましい効果を同時に発揮する毛髪化粧料として利用することができる。また手、肢又は顔などの皮膚に適用されたときに、皮膚の滑らかさを高めたり保湿作用を示したりする効果の他に、ささくれや皸などの痛みを低減させる効果などの複数の効果を同時に発揮させることができる皮膚化粧料としても利用することができる。【選択図】なし
