According to the present invention, disclosed are an apparatus to measure a bending angle and a rotation angle of a joint, and a measurement method using the same. The apparatus comprises: first and second wireless angle measurers attached to upper and lower parts of a joint of a person to be inspected to measure a relative angle with respect to a bending angle and a rotation angle of the upper and lower parts of the joint, so as to wirelessly transmit the relative angle； a wireless receiver to receive a wireless signal for the relative angle of the first and second wireless angle measurers； and a terminal receiving the relative angle of the wireless receiver to calculate and store the bending angle and the rotation angle of the corresponding joint in a database of a storage unit by each person to be inspected, or to display a change in the bending angle and the rotation angle of the corresponding joint through a graph on a terminal display unit. Thus, since a bending angle and a rotation angle of a knee joint can be measured at the same time, a condition of the knee joint can be correctly diagnosed through measurement of relative variance of the bending angle and the rotation angle of the knee joint.관절의 굽힘각과 회전각 측정장치 및 그를 이용한 측정 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 관절의 굽힘각과 회전각 측정장치는 피검자의 관절의 상하부에 장착되어 관절 상하부의 굽힘각과 회전각에 대한 상대각도를 측정하여 무선으로 출력하는 제1 및 제2무선 각도 측정기와, 상기 제1 및 제2 무선각도측정기의 상대각도에 대한 무선신호를 수신하는 무선수신기와, 상기 무선수신기의 상대각도를 전송받아 해당 관절의 굽힘각과 회전각을 산출하여 피검자별로 DB화하여 저장부에 저장하거나, 단말기표시부에 그래프를 통해 해당 관절의 굽힘각과 회전각의 변화를 실시간으로 보여주는 단말기를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 무릎굽힘각과 무릎회전각을 동시에 측정 가능하기 때문에 무릎굽힘각과 무릎회전각의 상대적인 변화량 측정으로 무릎 관절 상황을 정확히 진단할 수 있는 지표가 된다.
