PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method of a wire receiver of a bending tube which can join a wire receiver to a bending tube at a high strength, and a welding structure of a wire receiver of a bending tube.SOLUTION: In a welding method of a wire receiver of a bending tube for welding a metallic wire receiver which has an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of a joint ring, and where a wire is inserted on at least one inner periphery of a plurality of the metallic joint rings constituting a bending tube by coupling, the joint ring and the wire receiver are joined by emitting laser beams from an outer periphery side of the joint ring to a contact site where the inner periphery of the joint ring makes contact with an outer periphery of the wire receiver under a condition of power and exposure time of the laser beams by which formed melting parts do not reach an inner peripheral surface of the wire receiver and a condition that the melting parts adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the joint ring are arranged at an interval to overlap with each other in the circumferential direction of the joint ring from the contact site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】湾曲管に対してワイヤ受けを高強度に接合することができる湾曲管のワイヤ受けの溶接方法、および湾曲管のワイヤ受けの溶接構造を提供すること。【解決手段】連結して湾曲管をなす複数の金属製の節輪の少なくとも一つの内周に、節輪の内径よりも小さい外径を有し、ワイヤが挿通される金属製のワイヤ受けを溶接する湾曲管のワイヤ受けの溶接方法において、節輪の内周とワイヤ受けの外周とが接した接触部位に対し、形成される溶融部がワイヤ受けの内周面に未到達となるレーザ光の仕事率および照射時間、かつ、節輪の周方向で隣り合う溶融部同士が、接触部位から節輪の周方向に互いに重なり合う間隔となる条件にて、節輪の外周側からレーザ光を照射して、節輪とワイヤ受けとを接合する。【選択図】図6
