PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition having preferable foaming and foam quality when cleaning, and excellent feeling during rinsing.SOLUTION: This detergent composition includes (A) a hydroxyalkyl type amphoteric surfactant expressed by general formula (1) and (B) an amino acid-based anionic surfactant.
