The present invention relates to a plasma purificationmembrane and a plasma purification system for treatingdiseases. The plasma purification membrane of the presentinvention is a hollow fiber plasma purification membranebeing made of a hydrophobic polymer and a hydrophilicpolymer and having a sponge-like structure where the poresize is continuously decreased from the outer surface tothe inner surface of the membrane, characterized in thatthe break stress of the membrane is 50 kgf/cm2 or more, andin the case of the inside-out filtration of bovine plasma,the total protein permeability is 50% or more, and theimmunoglobulin (IgM) permeability is 90% or less.
