PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe cap assembly having a configuration capable of suppressing loosening of fastening a plastic cap to a lock collar. A syringe cap assembly (10) attached to a discharge port at the tip of a syringe (11), and a lock collar (13) attached to the discharge port at the tip of a syringe (11) and screwed to the lock collar (13). A plurality of convex ribs 13a extending in the axial direction are provided on the outer surface of the lock collar 13 along the circumferential direction so that the plastic cap 14 is provided between the convex ribs 13a adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. A plurality of recessed grooves 13b extending in the axial direction are defined, and the bottom of the outer surface of the plastic cap 14 includes a protrusion 14p extending toward the lock collar 13 side, and the plastic cap 14 is fastened to the lock collar 13 by screwing. When the rotation is completed, the protrusion 14p is located in the concave groove 13b between the convex ribs 13a.
