PURPOSE: A fingerprint determination apparatus including a transparent electrode for determining a fake fingerprint is provided to minimize the distance between transparent electrode and the fingerprint without influence on acquisition of an image. CONSTITUTION: A protection film(120) is arranged on one side of a prism(110). A contact resistance detector(150) is electrically connected to a first transparent electrode and a second transparent electrode. The fingerprint is touched to the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. The first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode generate constant resistance.
