PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tea product having green tea ingredients as active ingredients and capable of inhibiting reduction of cognitive function associated with workload, and a product.SOLUTION: A green tea composition for inhibiting reduction of cognitive function associated with workload contains green tea leaf powder, and the green tea leaf powder has the theanine content of 1.0-4.0 mass%, the catechins content of 5.0-12.5 mass%, and the caffeine content of 2.5-5.0 mass%. The green tea leaf powder is contained in the ratio of 0.1-100 mass% of the whole.
