PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece of underwear capable of inhibiting a sense of uncomfortableness during worn, even in case a leak of urine occurred from a pad.
SOLUTION: In a piece 1 of shorts for a person suffered from incontinence, the width of a first side cloth 15 provided on the side rim part 11c of a skin flank cloth 11 is larger than that of the overhung part of a backing cloth 12, at the crotch part 3. By sewing the side rim part 15c of the first side cloth 15, in a folded state, on the side rim part 11c of the skin flank cloth 11, an upheaval part 17 upheaved relative to a wear surface 11d is formed so as to overhang from the side rim part 11c of the skin flank cloth 11 toward the central side of the skin flank cloth 11. Therefore, this piece 1 of shorts, even in case e.g. a creeping leak of urine occurred from a pad, the leaked urine is blocked by the upheaval part 17 and returned to the water-absorbing skin flank cloth 11 side thereby, enabling an upper garment to be prevented from being stained and enabling a wearers sense of uncomfortableness to be inhibited.
