As the functional additive, the formulation contains bactericidal ingredients of dioxidine, and/or metronidazole, and/or silver, and/or copper-calcium hydroxide, and anti-inflammatory ingredients in the form of glucocorticosteroids specified in hydrocortisone acetate and/or dexamethasone.
