PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-medium wearing implement and heat media for body wearing capable of reliably and simultaneously cooling or keeping warm a specific site such as a neck and armpits.SOLUTION: The heat-medium wearing implement includes: a plurality of containers 2 consisting of a soft material and extractably storing heat media 1 connection belts 3 for connecting the containers 2 in column and identification parts 4 for discriminating any one of the plurality of containers 2 from the other containers 2.
