An optical image type skin inspection system and a method thereof are disclosed. The disclosed optical image type skin inspection system comprises a light source unit, a first optical module, a second optical module, and an image capture device. The light source unit is utilized to provide a constant-wavelength light source that is converted into a fixedly-shaped polarized incident light via the first optical module. When the incident light is shone on the skin to generate a reflective light source of a skin condition. The second optical module is utilized to filter noise of the reflective light source and generate a skin condition image signal.
