PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic which achieves smooth use feeling in coating time, which achieves a coating feeling on lips after coating, which achieves mat texture while suppressing glossiness, and which can maintain moist feeling.SOLUTION: The lip cosmetic comprises following components (A)-(C), a content of the component (A) is 1-40 mass%, a content of the component (B) is 20-60 mass% or greater, and a content of component (C) is 20-60 mass% or greater, a content ratio (B)/(C) of the components (B)(C) is 0.5-2.0.
