The connection cap integrally comprises: an outer container portion having the inner circumference in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of an opening of the medicament container a through type inner container portion inserted inside an opening of the medicament container to have the outer circumference in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the opening and a planar annular cover part for connecting the front inner circumference of the outer container portion and the front outer circumference of the inner container portion. A hook portion corresponding to a stop projection included in an opening of the medicament container is integrally formed inside the rear end of the outer container portion. When the connection cap is combined with the opening of the medicament container, an outer container portion of the connection cap is expanded and elastically deformed. When combination of the medicament container and the connection cap is completed, the outer container portion is restored from an expanded state to an original state, and then, the hook portion is locked in the stop projection.
