The interior cap (30) and the exterior cap (60) have a ratchet mechanism (50, 80). The interior cap (30) has: an interior cap main body (32) which includes a contact ring (44) that can seal the container (10)； and a locking part (50). The exterior cap (60) has an exterior cap main body (62), and a locked part (80) which configures the ratchet mechanism together with the locking part (50). The contact ring (44) is provided in a position spaced away from the locking part (50) in the radial direction of the interior cap main body (32).
