PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus, instruction transmission program, and medical image diagnostic system that enable a doctor or inspection engineer to perform image reading or examination on a subject by using a medical image diagnostic apparatus as well as another doctor or inspection engineer to simultaneously perform another analysis or examination by using the same in vivo image of the subject.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment receives data, which is with respect to an in vivo image of a subject and is transmitted from a medical image diagnostic apparatus, through a network in real time in parallel with imaging of the subject by the medical image diagnostic apparatus.
