The present invention relates to a solution formation of etanercept (recombinant p75 sTNFR: Fc fusion protein). More specifically, the solution formation comprises one or more stabilization agents selected from the group consisting of methionine, lysine, histidine, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are enough to reduce by-products of etanercept during storage. The solution formation according to the present invention can effectively prevent by-products of etanercept from being generated to stably maintain medicinal effects of etanercept for a long time, thereby reducing necessity of reconfiguration in administration into a patient, securing safety of the patient due to germ free supply to the patient, and being effectively applied to a future treatment field associated with pharmacological effects of the etanercept.본 발명은 에타너셉트(Etanercept, recombinant p75 sTNFR:Fc fusion protein)의 용액 제형에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 저장 동안에 에타너셉트의 부산물 형성을 감소시키기에 충분한 양의 메티오닌, 라이신, 히스티딘 및 이들의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 안정화제를 포함하는 용액 제형에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 용액 제형은 에타너셉트의 부산물 생성을 효과적으로 방지하여 에타너셉트의 약리 효능을 장기간 안정하게 보존할 수 있으므로, 환자에게 투여 시 재구성해야할 필요성이 줄어들며, 무균된 상태로 환자에게 공급할 수 있어서 환자의 안전을 확보할 수 있고, 향후 에타너셉트의 약리 효능에 관련된 치료 분야에 효과적으로 응용될 수 있을 것이다.
