A personal health risk evaluation system includes a disease database, a control module and a health risk evaluation module. The disease database is used to store a plurality of disease history data. The control module is used to produce a risk list according to a user’s personal data and risk factors. The health risk evaluation module connects to the disease database and the control module, wherein the health risk evaluation module is used to catch the disease history data according to the risk list from the disease database, and evaluate the probability of disease occurrence and the summation of probability of occurrences according to the user’s risk factors in sequence.
