The invention relates to a method for preparing porousantimicrobial composite materials with nano silver. Firstly, a salt precursor solution with silver is prepared, and a carrier is added in the solution such that silver ions in the precursor can be dispersed evenly. Furthermore, a reducing agent is added so that the silver ions in the salt precursor solution with silver can be reduced to silver particles, and the pH value of the solution with silver particles is adjusted between 5 and 7. Continuously, a silicon source solution is prepared and mixed with an acid solution to form a silicon source solution with a strong acid, and then an alkali solution is dripped slowly so that the pH value can be adjusted between 5 and 7 to form a silicon source solution with a weak acid. Thereby it can avoid the silicon source solution to be formed into gels.
