In the present invention, a mixed solution is manufactured by adding a thiol to a solution containing silver ions, and silver particles are manufactured by aggregating the silver ions using a method comprising the steps of adjusting the amount of the thiol added to the solution and adding a reducing agent to the mixed solution, whereby the particle size and antimicrobial activity of the silver particles are easily adjusted.Selon linvention, des particules dargent sont préparées par agrégation dions argent daprès un procédé comportant : une étape au cours de laquelle une solution mélangée est préparée par adjonction dun thiol dans une solution contenant des ions argent, tout en ajustant la quantité de thiol ainsi ajouté à ladite solution et une étape au cours de laquelle un réducteur est ajouté à ladite solution mélangée. Ainsi, le diamètre et lactivité fongicide de ces particules dargent sont aisément ajustés.銀イオンを含む溶液に、チオールを加えて混合溶液を作製するとともに、上記溶液に加えるチオールの量を調節する工程と、上記混合溶液へ還元剤を加える工程と、を有する方法によって銀イオンを凝集させて銀粒子を作製することにより、当該銀粒子の粒子径および抗菌活性を容易に調節する。
